Minutes of February 1, 2003
Meeting starts: 1st February 2003, 2.40pm.
Present: Danny Tom, Joe Epstein, Yuhan Chen, Eugene Chung, Gregory Chew, Michael Martin, Alison Hu, Rob Armitage.
News from Nationals:
We've got the credentials papers from Nationals.
We'll have to select our delegates by June 19, after the elections.
Nominations for the Distinguished Alumnus Award should be submitted by March 15.
Treasurer's Report:
$74.87 in the bank so far.
To all members, dues of $10 are due once again.

From Danny's recent experience at Convention, we've discovered a most important fact:
Nationals does not reimburse air fare for Alumnus Chapters!
So future Conventioneers take note.
Anyone who still has outstanding reimbursements, contact Joe with your receipts etc.
Activities:
Social Dinner on February 22. Yuhan organising. Possibly in SF.
Possibly with activities planned for after.
Other possible activities:
Chocolate Factory tour in Berkeley at some point soon.
Ski trip in early March?
Hiking in Point Reyes?
Bay To Breakers, in May, again?
Service Activities:
Rebuilding Together in April.
Anyone up for another Food Bank in March?
Bernie to look into volunteering with Berkeley Neighbourhood Computing.

Speaking of which, Project book is due in early June, round about June 1.
Next meeting tentatively slated for March 1.
