TBP Alumnus Chapter Meeting 3 Minutes
[Note: The name of these minutes will be changed to the "TBP Alumnus Chapter Minutes: The First Meeting" when our tax papers go through.]
25th August, 2001. 1.40pm.
Sunnyvale.
Beside the pool.
Present: YuHan Chen, Bernard "K" Lin, Joseph Alan Epstein, Paul Borland Huang, Brian Andrew Lee, Michael Chapman Martin, Nicklaus Andre Rustad, Liane Beckman, Wendy Cheng, Tony Chu, Eugene Chung, Tana Cicero, Frank Jiang, Michael Magpayo, Danny Tom, Christina Yau, Taiping Yu.

[Wait! Remember when this was reviewed before? Anyways, Yuhan summarised the various rules once more for everyone's benefit. Let's move on, shall we?]

"I've decided that we should open our chequing account with Washington Mutual, since they don't charge a monthly fee." -- Yuhan Chen
"I called the IRS, and got them to send us our [tax papers]. They will arrive in a few weeks' time. And to simplify matters, we will apply for the chapter name change after we've actually been established." -- Yuhan Chen
"I hear he's buff now?" -- Michael Magpayo
"Mike hears you're buff now?" -- Bernard Lin
[And then the bylaws were signed and ratified. The moment was forever memorialised in a photo of Bernie's apartment living room. Both this and the famous "Conception" photo of Bechtel Terrace were thereafter enshrined in the Holy Chapter Place.]
